Hey there, this is one of our latest projects. Our client stated they had a leak in their kitchen ceiling. First thing we noticed first the stucco was not well terminated. Second the flashing of the roof to the wall was way too small. So we removed 1 foot of the stucco to switch out the flashing for a bigger one and weatherproof everything back correctly. Then we repaired the stucco terminated the stucco how it’s supposed to be.
